• Red Alder, Carmel, and Roast malts add color, depth of flavor, and a slight roastiness
• Hopped with East Kent Goldings and fermented with a classic British Ale Yeast
• Similar in flavor/style to the English ESB, but noticeably more carbonated

• It's intense hop bitterness is balanced by a rich, complex malt backbone
• It has a dry, clean finish with a pleasant, lingering hop bitterness
• A dark copper color with an off white head
• Generally clear to very clear when poured
